Vice Director of Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Justice, Hailei Cao, and his team visit Celeblaws Law Firm's Shenzhen Representative Office at the SCIA Tower

On February 20, 2025, Hailei Cao, Vice Director of the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Justice, along with Liang Song, Director of the Legal Affairs Department of the Qianhai Authority, and Meng Liu, Deputy Director of the Legal Promotion and Service Center of Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Justice, visited the SCIA Tower to tour and inspect Celeblaws Law Firm's Shenzhen Representative Office. The Executive Director of Celeblaws Law Firm, Enlai Gong, welcomed the delegation and provided a detailed introduction to the law firm’s development history, scope of services, and the ongoing operations of its Shenzhen representative office.

During the visit, Director Gong particularly highlighted the firm’s notable cases in the field of cross-border business, especially the notable achievements in assisting Chinese enterprises with overseas expansion and in overseas litigation for legal rights protection. Vice Director Cao highly praised Celeblaws Law Firm's contribution to promoting cross-border legal services between China and the United States, as well as advancing the development of international legal business. He also offered guidance on the law firm’s future strategic direction.

At the end of the visit, Vice Director Cao, Director Song, and Director Gong took a group photo together, sharing a vision for further development opportunities in the international legal services sector in the Qianhai Cooperation Zone. This visit highligted the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Justice and the Qianhai Authority’s concern and support for foreign-related legal initiatives and institutions like Celeblaws, but also further strengthened the confidence of foreign legal service institutions, such as Celeblaws, deepening their cross-border legal services in Qianhai.
