Gong Enlai oversees the comprehensive management of the firm's China region and has played a key role in the establishment of Guangdong Province's first Chinese-foreign joint operation law office. He has held legal positions at Lotte Group (Korea), COFCO Group, and Alibaba Group (Intime Retail), amassing extensive experience in corporate legal risk control and management in China.  

Gong has handled over 1,000 civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases, with total disputed amounts exceeding RMB 10 billion, recovering economic losses worth billions of RMB for enterprises. He has represented multiple intellectual property cases recognized as annual Top 10 Intellectual Property Protection Cases by the Supreme People's Court (case numbers: (2019) Zui Gao Fa Min Shen 6283; (2018) Zhe Min Zhong 157), Zhejiang High People's Court ((2018) Zhe Min Zhong 1026), Hunan High People's Court ((2018) Xiang Min Zhong 838), and Jiangxi High People's Court ((2023) Gan Min Zhong 463).  

Twice shortlisted as a candidate for China’s Outstanding IP Managers in the 7th (2018) and 8th (2019) editions, Gong has published dozens of practical articles on platforms like Tiantong Litigation Circle, China America Law Review, WuSong Research Institute, WuSong Reading, and Toutiao.
