With more than 10 years of legal experience, she recognizes the various difficulties posed by cultural barriers and aims to bridge the gap for her clients wherever possible. Jenny is fluent in both Mandarin and English. She concentrates her legal practice on immigration law and foreign investments, helping individual clients with their unique immigration needs and counseling foreign entities seeking to invest in the U.S. Jenny also advises clients on cross-border disputes, commercial litigation, and intellectual property. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and sits on the Legal Expert Committee for the Shenzhen Cross-Border E-Commerce Association. Prior to founding the law firm, Jenny gained valuable experience at other international and U.S. law firms.

Jenny graduated from Tsinghua University School of Law with a Masters of Law in International Law. Thereafter, she received another LL.M. from Stetson University College of Law. Jenny is a qualified legal professional in China. She is also licensed to practice in New York, and before the Southern District of New York, and the Eleventh Circuit.
