Seminar about “To Bond or Not to Bond” Given by Attorney Bagg Was a Success

Our excellent of-counsel, Walter Stratton Bagg, Esq. gave a great seminar titled “To Bond or Not to Bond” at The Orange County  Bar Association on October 3, 2019.

During the seminar, Attorney Bagg and Attorney Portillo presented various issues relating to bond hearings in Immigration Court, such as the eligible clients, mandatory detention, file location, and bond hearing preparation, etc. Attorney Bagg shared his precious experiences with attorneys in the audience, and the strategy of convictions involved everyone into a great discussion. A lot of valuable questions were generated by the other attorneys throughout the seminar.

Walter Stratton Bagg, Esq. is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association Immigration and Nationality Committee and is a board member for the Orlando Center for Justice. Walter was recently named to Super Lawyers 2018 and 2019 Rising Stars in the field of immigration and Top 40 under 40 National Trial Lawyers.
