On April 16, 2024, a welcome reception for London Breed, Mayor of San Francisco, California, was held grandly at the Guangzhou Garden Hotel Museum. Celeblaws were invited to attend the welcome dinner. Ms. Geng Xin, Consul General of the U.S. Consulate General in Guangzhou, delivered a speech. Leaders of the U.S. Consulate General in Guangzhou, Guangzhou Municipal Commerce Bureau, relevant Chinese institutions, and other people from all walks of life attended the event.

 This trip is Breed's first visit to China as mayor of San Francisco. She said in her speech: "I like the skyscrapers here, and we hope there will be more buildings like this in San Francisco. At the same time, we also hope to meet with the business community and develop more relationships." In November 2023, President Xi Jinping and President Biden successfully met in San Francisco. During this period, Mayor Breed attended a joint welcome banquet held by U.S. friendship groups for President Xi Jinping. Breed said that it was very unforgettable to listen to President Xi Jinping's speech at the banquet, and he deeply agreed with what President Xi Jinping said in his speech to "gather the power of the people of the two countries and promote the cause of Sino-US friendship."

  Ms. Geng Xin, Consul General of the U.S. Consulate General in Guangzhou, had a cordial exchange with Director Wang Lirong of the Guangzhou Representative Office of Celeblaws. First of all, Consul General Geng Xin inquired in detail about the development status and development plans of Celeblaws in Guangdong, and expressed her sincere appreciation for Celeblaws’s pioneering spirit in actively integrating into the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong International Legal District and establishing a joint office of Sino-US law firms; secondly, Consul General Geng Xin further stated that she would pay more attention to and support the development and construction of Celeblaws in Guangdong in the future. It is hoped that Celeblaws will strengthen daily contact with the U.S. Consulate General in Guangzhou and looks forward to Celeblaws making more contributions to the friendly exchanges between China and the United States; Finally, Consul General Geng Xin introduced the Commercial Officer of the Consulate General in Guangzhou responsible for relevant personnel in finance, licensing, aviation and other fields to Director Wang Lirong. 

After the party, Mayor Breed took a group photo with the participants to commemorate this wonderful evening and started a wonderful cocktail dinner.
